Do you know what you bring to the table?

Want to know what my biggest observation in 13 years of helping people find their voice and craft compelling brand messaging is?
Most people don’t know what they bring to the table.
They know what they do, but often they don’t know why they do it.
If you’re to bring depth to your digital presence
and lead, you must know you already
have a seat at the table.
If you had a consult with me, the second question I’ll ask you is:
Why do you love what you do?
The responses I often get are:
A deep release of breath, usually followed by “Whoah! That’s hard.”
OR
“I hate these types of questions.”
Or something else other than the answer to the question.
And, every time I wait patiently.
Wanna know why?
Because YOU already know.
It’s just that I know without a doubt that when we sit together, I help you connect more deeply to your voice and vision.
It’s my superpower.
I’m able to pull out what you already know but may not know how to articulate
Or haven’t yet connected with or reflected on
—so that YOU can realise, what you bring to the table.
It’s the greatest joy to hold that space and support you in realising your purpose, vision and brand voice. Or gain greater clarity around it.
Because when you’re connected to the highest version of you …
The one that doesn’t give a cr_p what others think.
The part that isn’t attached to failure or success.
The part that’s excited to bring ALL of YOU to the table ..
You’re free to bring to life your gift, expertise and vision.
When there’s depth to your digital presence, you’ll make an impact on your audience.
When your energy and essence is infused into your brand messaging—you’ll COMMAND the space you hold.
Whether via email, a workshop, a speech, through products or services.
If you’re not sure what you bring to the table this exercise is for you.
BTW, these are not easy questions.
Your Writing Exercise
Who do you want to be in the world?
Why do you want to be that?
Is that your truth or do you think that’s who you need to be?
If you didn’t do this “thing” how would you feel?
And finally, why do you love what you do?
Thank you for being here.
Much Warmth,
Monica
